The historic Hutchinson Building at 315-319 E. Bay St. could soon be converted into lofts if the Historic Preservation Commission approves the plans for the 1910 building. The four-story building is owned by Suddath Moving and Storage Co., which hasn’t determined yet whether the lofts will be residential or commercial. Retail space will be available on the bottom floor.
