TriLegacy president Jeff Spence at the recently completed entrance to The Shipyards project. After using what amounted to a construction zone entrance for the past year, development officials decided it was time to build something more permanent and classy. The anchor is estimated to be about 100 years and was used to anchor ships while they were being built or repaired at the old shipyards.
