A special investiture ceremony was held Wednesday at the Florida Theatre for Monte C. Richardson and Marcia Morales Howard, U.S. Magistrate Judges for the Middle District of Florida. Chief Judge Patricia C. Fawsett, of the United States District Court, presided. The two new judges, accompanied by their families, were presented Bibles, U.S. flags and gavels during the ceremony. Attending the ceremony in the nearly packed theater were district, senior district, magistrate and bankruptcy judges from the Middle District.
