Centex Homes, a leading builder of quality homes in North Florida, announced a record 53 percent sales increase for January.
The company reported 52 sales in January compared to 33 home sales at this time last year.
Centex Homes also predicts that this upward growth trend should continue for the rest of this year; the homebuilder projects it will have 387 closings this year, up by 108 closings from 2003.
“We are able to show such solid growth due to our strong leadership team an, of course, our customers,” said Kerri Soud, Operational Marketing Manager for Centex Homes. “The numbers definitely suggest that our customers feel Centex Homes offers the right products in the right places at the right prices.”
Centex Homes has aligned its business around a more competitive strategy, which included the introduction of several new home plans to meet the needs of buyers in every income bracket. For example, they recently began offering Paired Villas starting in the $180s and luxury condominiums along the Intracoastal Waterway from the $480s.
Centex Homes currently offers a wide range of floorplans in Chatham Village, Deer Run, Hammock Grove, Heritage Oaks, The Residences at Kernan Forest, Lake Ridge Villas at Fleming Island Plantation, MiraVista at Harbortown, Summer Grove, The Links at Fleming Island Plantation, and Wingfield Glen.
