The sales team at Davidson Realty, Inc. will now expand its reach beyond World Golf Village by adding general brokerage to its list of services. In recent months, the company has been receiving more and more referrals from individuals looking for homes in north St. Johns County, both inside and outside of the World Golf Village.

In addition, the Davidson Realty team has received increased requests from World Golf Village homeowners needing assistance selling their existing homes in order to move up within the community.

“The timing was right to expand our scope beyond World Golf Village in order to assist those homebuyers,” said Sherry Davidson, president of Davidson Realty, Inc.

Earlier this year, Davidson Realty opened a second sales center at the entrance of the King & Bear. The office’s sales team members - Diana NesSmith, Susan Korb and Lynn Reiff - will continue to focus their main efforts on the real estate opportunities at the King & Bear.

The company’s original sales office, unofficially dubbed the “Village Office,” is at the main entrance of World Golf Village at 101 E. Town Place in the Double Eagle office building.

Karen S. Palmer, Davidson Realty’s new vice president of residential sales, will manage both of the company’s sales and information centers. The Village sales team consists of Peter Tinnesz, Della Myers, Kathleen von Koschembahr, Pauline and Woody Cake, Bob Garrison, Carrie Richter and John Manaco.
