Beazer Homes recently opened its new town homes and courtyard homes for sale at Stonefield at Bartram Park, a gated residential community located in southern Duval County on St. Augustine Road.

“Our new home designs in Stonefield feature open flowing spaces, great storage and the features everyone wants,” said Marketing Manager Luis Toyens. “The community of Bartram Park offers a convenient location near schools, office parks and shopping, with easy access to I-95. It has a naturally beautiful environment and wonderful recreational amenities for the entire family.”

Beazer Homes is welcoming homebuyers to visit its sales trailer at Stonefield at Bartram Park and take advantage of special pre-construction prices. Beazer is offering town homes from the low $130s and courtyard homes from the $160s. Construction on the town homes is currently underway with models slated to open in June.

The two-story town homes start at over 1,400 square feet and will have two to three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Beazer Homes is offering the town homes in six different floor plans. Each home will include a large one-car garage.

Beazer Homes just opened sales of its new courtyard homes. These two-story, two-car garage homes will offer between 1,664 to 1,921 square feet of living space. Each floor plan will have three bedrooms with up to three and a half bathrooms.

Amenities include a community swimming pool and cabana, fitness center and lakes. Once Bartram Park is complete, the community will feature 1,660 single family homes, 3,600 apartment homes, 4 million square feet of office space, 1.1 million square feet of retail space and 850 hotel rooms.

To visit Stonefield at Bartram Park, from Interstate 95, exit U.S. 1 and head south on Philips Highway. Turn right on St. Augustine Road, cross I-95 and turn left on Bartram Park Drive. The community is on the right.
