Classic American Homes, a Lennar company, has announced that only three homesites and two inventory homes remain in its community of Bonaparte in north Jacksonville.

In a little over a year since opening its model home, Classic American has sold out almost all of its original 77 homesites in this neighborhood where it has been the exclusive builder. The community has enjoyed a great deal of attention this year as the host community for the “Give Hope A Home Project” that benefited The Donna Hicken Foundation.

Bonaparte Crossing features custom-quality homes on spacious lots that are at least 60-feet by 110-feet. With prices starting in the $130s, Bonaparte Crossing has 10 new floor plans and several elevations.

Many of the 3-bedroom, 2-bath floor plans, which range in size from 1,546 square feet to just under 2,200 square feet, feature an additional room that can be converted into a study area, fourth bedroom, a home office, or a play area for the children. The plans also offer owners formal living and dining rooms, large family rooms, and covered lanais.

Bonaparte Crossing is on Starratt Road next to First Coast High School. The community is convenient to I-295 and I-95, downtown, and the airport.
