St. Johns Forest, a Taylor Woodrow community, opened for sales with a private event for prospective homebuyers who had inquired about the new gated community in St. Johns County.
“We are off to a great start,” said Tom Spence, Land Development Director. “Our Muddy Boots event offered an exclusive preview of this spectacular community and all it has to offer. Everyone is excited about St. Johns Forest and we are confident that it will exceed expectations because it is unlike any other community in the area.”
Nearly 60 prospects attended the event and were among the first to receive pricing and floor plan information for St. Johns Forest. As the development team shared their vision for St. Johns Forest, representatives from the community’s builder team — Morrison Homes, David Weekley Homes, Richard R. Dostie-A Toll Brothers Co., and ICI Homes - secured 28 reservations during the event.
The Muddy Boots event to celebrate St. Johns Forest was unlike any other. The invitation arrived with a container of shoe polish wrapped in a box that said, “After a party like this, everything will look a little dull.”
A decorated tent with a carpeted wood floor and bar was designed for the event to create the look and feel of the community clubhouse that will one day stand on the property. The development team decided to highlight that the community is now under construction. Everyone who attended received a complimentary shoe shine. Guests also enjoyed refreshments, entertainment and activities for the children.
Located near I-95 and CR 210, St. Johns Forest is a private community. Residents will have a Jacksonville address and reside in St. Johns County.
