Prudential Network Realty’s Phil Pierce, an agent based in the Atlantic Beach Office, credits the company’s individual training programs for giving him the foundation to succeed in real estate sales. At the end of his first year, Pierce closed a new agent record of $5.6 million in sales.

“Prudential Network Realty provides new agents with a comprehensive training program that supplies the tools to hit the ground running,” said Pierce, who joined Prudential Network Realty last year. “I am fortunate to work for a company that puts that much effort into training.”

Prudential Network Realty Director of Training Sheron Willson says the company’s training programs provide agents with the foundation for success.

“Our program is interactive and includes one-on-one professional coaching as well as full support and training,” Willson said.

Prudential Network Realty’s training program provides agents with individual and group training designed to help them advance to the next level. Willson says Prudential Network Realty’s training programs are receiving national recognition because the company’s drop-out rate for new agents is far below the national average.

Prudential Network Realty is an independently owned and operated franchise of the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc., one of the largest real estate brokerage franchise networks in North America. There are more than 1,700 franchise offices and over 50,000 sales professionals in the franchise network in the United States and Canada. Since 1988, Founder, President and CEO Linda H. Sherrer has led a team of 300 real estate professionals in seven branch offices in the buying and selling of residential property throughout Northeast Florida.
