American Homebuilders, Inc. has opened a new model home in the World Golf Village’s LakeWood neighborhood.

The Matanzas II is 3,125 square feet and is priced from the $410s.

It features three bedrooms, two and a half baths and a three-car garage.

The home features an owner’s suite that connects to a covered patio, a two-story den, a kitchen with a café area and a dining room on the first floor. The second floor offers two additional suites, an optional bonus room and a covered balcony.

“I truly hope that everyone will come and take a look at this fabulous new model home, which was customized specifically for The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village,” said Sherry Davidson, president of Davidson Realty, Inc. “American Homebuilders has been a wonderful asset to our preferred builders program and it has been great working with them.”

American Homebuilders has only one homesite remaining in the OakWood neighborhood, which features homes priced from the $300s to the $500s.

The builder has three spec homes underway in Waterbury by the Links, which offers double fairway views of the King & Bear golf course, lake to golf vistas or nature preserve scenes. Custom presales are available from the mid-$400s to the $700s.

American Homebuilders also has homesites available in WildWood, which offers homes priced from the mid-$300s to $550,000. This new neighborhood is tucked beyond The Estates of World Golf Village and is enveloped by more than 4,600 linear feet of conservation lands that protect forested wetlands and uplands.

Craig Scott and Donald Halil, who have each built over 3,000 homes in Florida, founded American Homebuilders in 1993. The company offers a number of structural upgrades in their homes.

American Homebuilders has built in a number of the area’s prominent communities including Cimarrone Golf & Country Club, Marsh Landing Golf & Country Club, Magnolia Point, Margaret’s Walk and Royal St. Augustine.
