Toll Brothers has launched sales of its Monogram and Signature Collection at Eagle Landing and has also begun construction of its Aramis model, which will open in May.

Toll Brothers’ newest community in Northeast Florida is in Oakleaf Plantation. The Signature Collection at Royal Pines features single-family homes ranging in size from approximately 3,022 to 3,674 square feet of air-conditioned living space and the Monogram Collection at Harbour Town features single-family homes ranging in size from approximately 2,200 to 3,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space. Recreational amenities will include an 18-hole golf course, a Super Pool, a fitness center, tennis courts, and an amphitheater.

The Aramis is a 3,151 square foot Mediterranean-inspired home with a one story design and covered entry. The home boasts a great room with sliding glass doors that open to a covered lanai. The kitchen overlooks the breakfast area.

The Aramis’ master bedroom features a coffered ceiling, separate his-and-hers walk-in closets, his-and-hers vanities as well as a Roman tub and separate shower. The home also features a study and a powder room.

“Eagle Landing is another great community within OakLeaf,” said vice president Richard R. Dostie. “The community offers the best in recreation, luxury and location.”

The Eagle Landing community will offer an amazing array of activities and amenities including a swim park with a cabana bar, adults-only pool and children’s pool with a water playground. There will also be a general store, full fitness center, kid’s club, a children’s tree house and a tennis center with 12 Har-Tru courts.

Other amenities include miniature golf, a wishing well, a full-sized gymnasium with a rock-climbing wall, an outdoor amphitheater with a stage and screen, a nature outpost for canoe rentals, a boardwalk, parks and playgrounds and hiking and biking trails. A full-time recreation staff will be on hand to develop programs and activities for residents, as well.

In addition to Eagle Landing, Toll Brothers is currently building in Eagle Harbor, The Colony at Greenbriar, Palencia, St. Johns Forest, Tuscany Ridge at St. Augustine Shores and Grand Haven in Palm Coast.
