Toll Brothers has just opened two new model homes in Tuscany Ridge, a single-family home community in St. Augustine Shores in St. Johns County. Toll Brothers opened the community just four months ago and is nearly sold out.
The Grand Bay I, with 3,045 square feet, has three bedrooms and two and-a-half baths. The home features a formal living room, dining room adjacent to the foyer and a secluded master suite.
The master suite features his-and-hers walk in closets, his-and-hers vanities along with a Roman Tub under a coffered ceiling. The master suite also includes a large bay window and sitting area. This model also offers a bonus room with balcony and full bath, and a built-in entertainment center.
The base price of the Grand Bay is $403,000.
The Royal Sheraton, a two-story home design, offers a courtyard entry, archways that lead to the living room and dining room and an open gourmet kitchen leading to the covered lanai.
With 2,621square feet, the Royal Sheraton offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom on the first floor includes a sitting area and wall-to-wall mitered windows. This model is built with the optional bonus room which serves as the family entertainment area.
The Royal Sheraton starts at $349,000.
“The community is in such high demand because it appeals to families as well as to empty nesters and retirees who desire plenty of room for visiting family and friends,” said Toll Brothers Sales Manager John Fletcher Parks.
The location inside St. Augustine Shores has made it a popular destination. When completed, the complex will boast more than 700 homes.
Homes in Tuscany Ridge range from 2,438 to 3,200 square feet of air-conditioned space and are priced from the $300s.

The models are open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
