Members of LandMar’s Elite Realtors Club were recently rewarded for their participation in the success of Osprey Cove real estate sales.
LandMar honored the Realtors and their guests with a cocktail event at the Ritz-Carlton at Amelia Island and a cruise on the Cumberland Princess.
“These Realtors were a driving force behind the outstanding number of homes that were sold at Osprey Cove in 2004,” said Jim Doyle, vice president of marketing for LandMar. “We are grateful for their hard work, this is the least we can do to thank them for a job well done.”
At the cocktail reception, attendees were awarded certificates and monetary rewards from participation in last year’s home sales. The group was then transported by private coach to the Cumberland Princess yacht awaiting their arrival. The group was treated to a sunset cruise and special dinner aboard the vessel.
The dinner included a carving station and special menu. Guests dined and danced to the tunes of Jimmy Buffet-style entertainers. Some highlights of the trip were glimpses of historic Fort Clinch, the backwaters of the St. Marys River and abundant wildlife including dolphins, egrets and other animals.
“These Realtors really are our stars,” said Linda Hutchins, regional sales and marketing manager for LandMar. “We had our stars out under the stars.”
The community of Osprey Cove offers a signature Mark McCumber golf course and amenities including the River Club, a recreation complex offering a private boat ramp and deep water access via the St. Marys River.
Residents at Osprey Cove receive the benefits of an association with Hampton Golf, LandMar’s golf course development and management affiliate. Residents of LandMar communities may access special privileges at all Hampton Golf clubs and courses and are eligible for a Community Social Membership that includes reciprocal access to all courses and full golf membership upgrade options.
