Construction is underway with one third of the framing started at Pine Ridge, Centex Homes’ townhouse condominium community located in Jacksonville’s Wesconnett area near the intersection of Blanding Boulevard and 118th Street.
Being the first of its kind from Centex Homes, Pine Ridge offers restriction-free yards providing homeowners with the freedom to plant flowers, grow a garden or place a swing-set in the backyard.
“This is the perfect community for condominium owners who are tired of high homeowners’ dues and all the restrictions that typically come with the package,” said Carl Holman, operational marketing manager for Centex Homes’ North Florida Division. “It’s why we’ve sold almost a third of the neighborhood in just a few weeks.”
Homebuyers can choose from three floorplans. The Prescott, The Addison and The Abby range from 1,268 to 1,607 square-feet of living space starting in the $160s. Each unit offers either two or three bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths, attached one-car garages - pre-wired for an automatic garage door opener - with direct entry to the home, interior laundry rooms and kitchens including Whirlpool appliances.
