Water’s Edge Oceanfront Condominium offers terraces with retractable window systems and summer kitchens that can be enjoyed year round.

“This feature is truly unique for oceanfront condominiums in Northeast Florida,” Senior Vice President Wayne Scheiner said. “When the temperatures are unseasonably cold, the weather resistant panels protect against the elements without disturbing the view. As a result, residents can enjoy using this space despite cold or windy weather.”

The retractable window systems on the terraces at Water’s Edge Oceanfront Condominium are custom designed and lack the visible framing of walls or windows. They can be configured in many different ways since all or part of the retractable wall can be opened. Unlike concrete or rail balconies, the retractable window system on the terraces allows for clear views.

When they are closed, the glass weather resistant panels provide a fully transparent barrier that keep out the wind, rain and cold while offering full views of the ocean. When the weather conditions change, each system can slide out of sight to make the interior space completely open to the oceanfront, allowing each terrace to transform into an open extension of the interior living area.

Outside, the terrace includes a fully equipped summer kitchen with stainless steel vented gas grill and sink. Inside, a gas fireplace faces both the living and dining room.

There are 17 units priced from the $900s to over $2 million.
