Harmony Homes of North Florida recently hosted a private party for Realtors from two Watson Realty offices in North Jacksonville.
Attendees enjoyed Mexican food created by Marianne Holmes prior to the drawing of two gift certificates to Outback Steakhouse, which were won by Wallace Parker of Watson Realty – Fort Caroline and Janet Davis of Watson Realty – Dunn Avenue.
Rick Holmes and Wes Fish of CTX Mortgage, co-hosts of the event, were also present.
Representatives from the sales and marketing department escorted close to 50 Realtors toured the model home, The Islamorada, in Lindsey’s Crossing.
The model is a 2,396-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that includes a wraparound gourmet kitchen with a center island and breakfast nook, and the owner’s suite with private sitting area, double step ceilings, and views of the conservation area.
The owner’s bath also features his and hers closets, marble vanities, step-up garden tub, and a large, glass enclosed shower.
Located off New Berlin Road between Pulaski Road and Alta Drive, Lindsey’s Crossing is among protected preservation areas, and will have only 53 homes.
There are 12 floorplans between 1,625 and 2,669 square feet of living space and homes here start from the $170s.
Just across New Berlin Road is Lindsey’s Crossing North, a neighborhood of 29 oversized homesites, many of which overlook a lake. With prices starting in the $150s, Harmony Homes offers 16 floorplans between 1,520 and 2,669 square feet.
Buyers in both neighborhoods may choose from a range of three and four bedroom plans that offer layouts and architectural features that give each home a unique and personal touch: covered rear porches, dormers, front porches, formal living and dining rooms, front or courtyard entries, or central great rooms.
