LandMar is launching the second and final phase of condominium homes at Grand Haven Riverview Homes.
Nearly all of the homes offered during the first phase of development sold during the opening day of sales.
There are 48 residences available for purchase in the second phase including eight two-story penthouses with views of the oceans. Some homes overlook the Halifax River and the 18th green of Grand Haven’s golf course. A select number of penthouses will feature views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Riverview Homes offer individual homes with maintenance-free convenience.
Located in Grand Haven’s River Club neighborhood, the three-story condominiums feature screened lanais or enclosed balconies and two-car detached garages.
Each of the four buildings includes 12 residences for a total of 48 condominium homes.
There are six floor plans to choose from, including two third-floor penthouse designs. Floor plans range from 1,750 square feet to 3,091 square feet.
Most of the homes offer three bedrooms or a third bedroom with den option. All of the homes include double master suites and many upgraded finishes. Granite countertops in the kitchen and Corian countertops in the bathrooms are standard. All of the residences feature three full bathrooms.
The homes, designed by The Evans Group and built by Sarasota-based Whitehall Homes, are priced from the high $400’s to more than $1 million.
“The interest in these homes has been very high,” said Bill Haussmann, sales manager for Grand Haven. “The earlier reservation certificates come in, the better homebuyers will be positioned for the best selection opportunity.”
