Classic American, A Lennar Company, has expanded its corporate headquarters at 9141 Cypress Green Drive.
The company has more than doubled its existing space to accommodate future growth within its accounting, closing, sales, marketing, customer care, purchasing, design, and permitting departments.
“Last year was the best year so far in Classic American’s history,” said Director of Operations/Sales Manager Doug Warren. “The excitement that our first ‘Everything’s Included’ communities among customers and Realtors leads us to believe 2005 is going to be even better than 2004.”
Last June, Classic American merged all of its real estate assets — including a backlog of about 61 homes and over 400 homesites it owned or controlled — with Lennar’ to enhance its financial leverage, to increase its market opportunities, and to gain national purchasing power.
Currently, Classic American is actively building in Panther Creek and Heritage Landing at World Golf Village; has started models in its first “Everything’s Included”” communities, Cherokee Cove and MuraBella; and has started pre-sales in Kensington, a Design Studio” community.
