Admiral Homes hosted a Realtor luncheon recently at its model home in St. Augustine’s Heritage Park community. The event marked the grand opening of a new model, a 2,150-square-foot brick home, and Realtors were given a short presentation about available single-family properties including the townhomes in “The Villas at Heritage Park.”

The brick model is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom home that has formal living and dining areas, a family room, large eat-in kitchen, covered patio and a two-car garage.

The Heritage Park community has 400 acres containing five neighborhoods and conservation areas surrounded by walking trails, parks, playing fields and recreation facilities including a community pool and clubhouse.

Admiral Homes is building in Kings Grant Village, a neighborhood anchored in the center by two large lakes and surrounded almost entirely by wetlands and conservation areas. Buyers can choose all brick construction and a variety of plans from 1,700 to 3,600 square feet situated on waterfront, cul-de-sac and natural homesites from the $160s to $300s.

Heritage Park is located approximately three miles east of I-95 off SR 16 and left on Woodlawn Road.

The Admiral Homes sales showroom for The Villas at Heritage Park is on the corner of SR 16 and Lewis Speedway #102.
