Lifestyles Realtors, a four-year-old Jacksonville-headquartered real estate company, recently opened its first Tampa office at 9912 W. Linebaugh Ave.

“A move into Tampa was the logical next step for the company,” said Michael Bugg, founder and president of Lifestyles Realtors. “Tampa has many of the same market dynamics as Jacksonville and we’ve been able to identify key market opportunities in the area. These segments will occupy much of our early focus in the market.”

Under the guidance of Bugg, the company will use its expertise in condominium conversions to address the growing demand for these types of residences in the Tampa Bay area as well as Sarasota, Ft. Myers and Zephyrhills. Lifestyles’ first two conversion projects were Bella Vista on Lake Seminole in Largo and CrossWynde Condominiums at Crosstown Center in Tampa.

Jane Kinen, a licensed real estate broker and veteran of apartment sales and new construction in the Gulf Coast region, has taken the role of director of development and sales for the Tampa office. Kinen brings 20 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry with a concentration in the rehab and repositioning of communities. Other members of the newly assembled Tampa team include Cindi Postic, senior marketing manager, and Ivan De La Guardia, director of sales and operations. Both joined the company in June 2005.
