Valencia, a condominium community in South Jacksonville Beach, is underway.
Phase One of the gated neighborhood’s one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium homes is already under construction – with two of the community’s five residential buildings swiftly rising from their foundations, and the community’s piece-de-resistance, a residents-only clubhouse, scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
Situated at the forefront of the community’s 12 acres of green space, the community clubhouse is the social and recreational hub of the community. It includes a heated pool, media room and fully equipped fitness facility complete with steam room and sauna.
The clubhouse’s interiors are the work of Lance Jackson, director of the interior design group GLA Interiors. Jackson and the GLA crew are also responsible for the community’s sales center. Decorated to simulate a Mediterranean, old world villa, the 5,000 square-foot clubhouse is enhanced by authentic materials and interior elements including limestone flooring, hand-painted textured walls, antique-style iron lighting fixtures, an oversized stone fireplace and mantle, woven wicker ceiling fans and club chairs, a built-in bar with stone countertops and a screened porch with a vaulted ceiling and antique-style stained beams.
Buyers and Realtors will get their first look at the developing property and custom designed clubhouse at an exclusive unveiling in mid-October.
