Watson Custom Home Builders is building several market homes within the new Dawson’s Creek neighborhood in West Jacksonville. The builder has also begun construction on its model home for the community. The Westminster is a 3,767-square-foot, four-bedroom house with a study, four-and-one-half baths and a bonus room.
Watson Custom Home Builders is offering thirteen floor plans within the community. The builder’s homes are priced starting in the $350s and range from 2,316- 3,857 square feet on large lots averaging 100 feet wide by 160 feet deep.
Watson is conducting sales of its 34 homesites in Phase I and will release another group of homesites in Phase II later this year. Watson has just started framing on its Westminster model, which is slated to open later this fall.
Watson homes within Dawson’s Creek will offer the builder’s Executive package, which includes features such as full stucco or hardy lap siding, fully sodded and irrigated yards, 10-foot knockdown ceilings, GE brand kitchen appliances, custom baths that include a garden tub in owner’s bath and courtyard entry or side-entry garages (per plan). Depending on the floorplan selected, Watson also offers semi-customization options that include upgrades for full brick exteriors, appliances, countertop surfaces and flooring options.
