All condominium townhomes available in the first phase of construction at the new 41-home community of Amelia Green have been sold.
“Our first buildings at Amelia Green sold out in record time because homebuyers saw the outstanding home features and lifestyle they could achieve for such a comparatively low purchase price,” said Sales Manager Valerie Clark, pointing to the homes’ $389,900 selling price. “We foresee a brisk period of sales as we look ahead toward the next phase of development at Amelia Green.”
Finlay Properties Inc. is building two- and three-bedroom home plans that range from 1,700 square feet to 2,066 square feet plus an attached private garage and patio.
Each home comes standard with designer features such as granite countertops in the kitchen with undermount double sinks and 42-inch raised panel maple kitchen cabinets. Homebuyers have their choice of white, biscuit or black appliances with an option to upgrade to stainless steel.
Tile baths can be designed with the buyers’ choice of tumbled stone trims and decorative lighting fixtures.
The homes have two-story bay windows and 10-foot ceilings.
