Among the homes ready for move-in are Morrison Homes’ Auburn and Hampton designs. The 2,473-sqare-foot Auburn features four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and a two-car garage. Morrison Homes has two four-bedroom Hampton designs with 2,119 square feet of living space ready for occupancy. One of the homes has two-and-a-half baths while the other offers three baths. Both feature a two-car garage. The homes are priced from the $300s.
Morrison Homes is putting the finishing touches on a wide array of ranch-style homes ranging from 1,975 to over 2,470 square feet for buyers desiring to move-in by May. The company is also offering new homes on 60, 70 and 80-foot homesites within Bartram Springs.
Visitors to Bartram Springs are can tour Morrison Homes’ Yorkshire and Brookwood models. The Yorkshire is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom design with 1,965 square feet of living space and a covered lanai. The Brookwood offers 2,061 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two baths, a bonus room and spacious lanai. Both homes have two-car garages.
