The Pineapple Corporation is presenting interested homebuyers with the last opportunity to purchase a courtyard home in a European Village theme at Villini at Glen Kernan. The Jacksonville-based builder/developer has one home available for immediate move-in and others for late fall delivery.

“These residences represent the last chance buyers have to be among those who call Villini home,” said The Pineapple Corporation Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer Spencer Calvert. “Buyers have recognized the special value proposition related to living in Villini and with only a limited number of homes remaining, we expect them to sell quickly.”

Among the homes is a two-story residence featuring a 4,104 square-foot design with a central courtyard and Tuscan architecture. There are four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, formal living and dining rooms, a family room, morning room, and kitchen.

The home is located in a cul-de-sac and offers a water view and is priced at $865,000 and is ready for immediate move-in.

Later this fall, Pineapple will be applying the finishing touches to the last homes in Villini.

The one and two-story designs will range from 3,245 to 4,104 square feet and will feature Coastal Mediterranean or Country French architecture.

The company’s courtyard homes are priced from the mid-$700s and all new home purchasers are eligible for a social membership to Glen Kernan Golf and Country Club.
