SRG Homes & Neighborhoods has started construction on three new homes featuring new designs at SeaGrove on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine Beach.

SRG is building on three 60-foot homesites on Smiling Fish Lane at SeaGrove that are situated near a lake. SRG’s new two-story home designs have over 2,500 square feet of living space, an attached two-car garage and front and rear porches.
The homes feature coastal cottage-style architecture that combines period atmosphere with modern living. The SRG homes at SeaGrove are priced from the $600s.
SRG is also building its second custom home in the waterfront community of Pelican Reef on Anastasia Island in St. Augustine Beach.
