Many of Duval County’s Circuit judges have rotated divisions for 2006.

Judges in the Fourth Judicial Circuit rotate among the Family Law,

Civil Law and Criminal divisions about every two years. The Family Law Division now includes the juvenile courts, although juvenile judges are still listed separately.

The Civil Division now comprises judges Peter Fryefield, Karen Cole, Brad Stetson, Charles Arnold, Bernard Nachman, Charles Mitchell, Jean Johnson and John Skinner.

The Family Division now comprises judges E. Mcrae Mathis, Frederick Tygart, Linda McCallum, David Wiggins, W. Gregg McCaulie and L. Haldane Taylor. Judges A.C. Soud, Waddell Wallace, Aaron Bowden and David Gooding will preside over the Circuit’s juvenile courts.

The Criminal Division now comprises judges Jack Schemer, Michael Weatherby, Lance Day, Hugh Carithers, Henry Davis, L. Page Haddock and Peter Dearing.

Judge Donald Moran remains as Duval County’s chief judge. The County Court judges’ division assignments are unchanged.

The Daily Record lists division assignments and contact numbers for all judges on page 2.
