Curtis Young from JEA contractor Henkels & McCoy repairs a lamp post stanchion on the south end of Hemming Plaza. The stanchions hold the colorful “Downtown” banners displayed throughout the urban core. Young said he repaired more than 100 on Tuesday and expected a similar tally on Wednesday.
