Toll Brothers has sold half of its available home and homesite packages in its second phase at St. Johns Forest.
“Our builder team is seeing continued strong demand for phase two offerings,” Vice President of Land Development Tom Spence said. “St. Johns Forest is a place residents are proud to call home because the neighborhood offers a family lifestyle that makes living fun.”
Toll Brothers, which builds on 80-foot homesites at St. Johns Forest, has six homesites remaining in Phase II. They also have three homes under construction featuring the company’s Willow, Hampton and Westin floor plans. The Willow is expected to be available for move-in this summer while the Hampton and Westin are anticipated to be complete by autumn.
Toll Brothers’ model on St. Johns Forest Boulevard, the Westin, features an open floor plan with five bedrooms, four full baths, a bonus loft and a three-car garage. The home has a two-story foyer, formal living and dining areas, and a gathering room with a two-story ceiling. The spectacular curved wall in the gathering room accentuates the gourmet kitchen and adjoining breakfast nook. An upstairs bonus loft overlooks the gathering room.
All Toll Brothers homes in St. Johns Forest include brick paver driveways, gas fireplaces in the gathering rooms and three-car courtyard entry garages. The company offers six new home designs at St. Johns Forest with prices starting in the high $500s.
The builder team at St. Johns Forest includes ICI Homes and Toll Brothers offering 80-foot homesites, David Weekley Homes offering 70-foot homesites and Morrison Homes offering 60-foot homesites. Each builder has a furnished model home in the neighborhood.
Home and homesite packages are priced starting from the mid-$300s to over $1 million.
