April Charney, an attorney with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, has been putting in the miles on the speaker’s circuit. Charney has given training speeches to attorneys all over the state on predatory lending. Chicago will host the International Bar Association Conference Sept. 17-22. The IBA is administered from London and senior marketing executive Emma-Jane Magee has lined up over 150 sessions and two programs that will address corporate governance and judicial reform.
