During his tenure with FHBA, Wiseman has been involved in legislative initiatives and chaired FHBA’s Governmental Affairs Committee. He is also a member of the National Association of Home Builders’ Life Spike Club.

Over the past year, Wiseman has served as chairman of the board of Florida Home Builders Insurance, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of FHBA which works through independent insurance agents to provide coverages and risk management services to FHBA members.

Wiseman and his wife Tamela are parents of two boys, and he enjoys golfing and boating.
