Jacksonville Condo gets energy rating

The St. John is the first residential or commercial high-rise tower in Northeast Florida to register for certification in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program developed by the U.S. Green Building Council.

The registration was acknowledged after a detailed review of Hines’ plans for the Jacksonville Southbank high-rise by BVM Engineering, a consultant Hines worked closely with to achieve LEED Gold status for their 1180 Peachtree building in midtown Atlanta.
