The theme of this year’s Realtor-Builder Tradeshow at the Osborn Center Sept. 27 is “All Aboard: Destination Northeast Florida” and the Northeast Florida Builders Association and the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors are both seeking sponsors for the day-long event.

“Both sponsor and standard booth sales now are underway,” said Jason Rue, event co-chair and Realtor with Prudential Network Realty. “Sponsorships and space for this event go extremely fast, so we urge everyone to make reservations as soon as possible.”

The tradeshow and luncheon run from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

For a limited time, individual booths and Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsorship opportunities are available. The participation fee is $600, and booth prices will increase to $700 after Sept. 1. Event contributors must be a member of NEFAR or NEFBA to participate. Booth purchase includes space that is 10 feet deep and 10 feet wide, draping, signage, an eight-foot table and two tickets to the event. Verbal confirmation is required to guarantee a specific booth, which will be alloted on a first-come basis. Prices include wireless Internet and electricity. All computers must be wireless compatible.

“Participants are asked to be creative in designing each booth as a different train stop on our train ride throughout the United States,” said Andie Patton, event co-chair and sales associate with LandMar Group. “A panel of judges will score decorated booths, and prizes will be awarded to winners within a variety of categories.”

Co-hosted by the Sales & Marketing Council of the Northeast Florida Builders Association and the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors, the annual event will include lunch, giveaways and a booth contest.

For event reservations, or to make luncheon payments, contact Celeta McClamma at NEFAR at 394-9494 ext. 1201. For booth reservations and forms, contact Amanda Randolph at 421-0298. Forms may be faxed to 721-3372.
