Fagan, Jernigan at Watson

Watson Broker Associate Jeff Fagan has been named vice president and managing broker at the Orange Park/Fleming Island Office. Realtor Marc Jernigan has been named assistant manager. Gail Sammond, managing broker of the office, has retired.

Graham earns CMCA

Cheryl Graham of The Landmar Group has received the Certified Manager of Community Associations certification from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. Graham passed NBC-CAM’s national exam and met the requirements for managing condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. She is one of four CMCA-certified professionals in the Jacksonville area.

Ragsdale promoted at Ryland

Mike Ragsdale has been promoted to level one builder at Ryland Homes, Ragsdale joined Ryland Homes Northeast Florida division two and a half years ago and built 88 town homes that sold for an average $150,000 this year. He currently oversees two communities in North Jacksonville, Biscayne Bay Townhomes and The Villages of Northwoods.

Providence promotes McKisick

Rob McKisick has been promoted to director of construction at Providence Homes. McKisick has worked for Providence for more than five years in various supervisory capacities. Most recently, he was responsible for overseeing many critical aspects in the building of Greenland Chase.

Miller at ICI

ICI Homes recently promoted David Miller to project development manager.

Stevens at Mercedes

Richard C. Stevens III has been appointed to the position of vice president of land acquisition for Mercedes Homes’ Jacksonville division. Stevens most recently served Mercedes Homes as land acquisition manager for the company’s Treasure Coast division based in Palm City. In his new position, Stevens will research available land for development, prepare feasibility studies and negotiate and purchase land throughout the Jacksonville market.
