Getting ready to roar at T-U Center

Stage hands were hard at work Tuesday morning unloading the massive sets, sound system and lighting for the five-week run of Disney’s “The Lion King” at the T-U Center. Beginning tomorrow and continuing through April 15, there will be 46 performances of the Tony Award-winning musical. The engagement is the centerpiece of this year’s “Broadway in Jacksonville” presented by the Florida Community College at Jacksonville Artist Series.
