Marcia Morales Howard was sworn in as District Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida at a ceremony Monday at the Florida Theatre. The oath of office was administered by Senior United States District Judge Harvey Schlesinger. Judge Morales was joined on stage by her parents, Ricardo Morales Jr. and Marcia Codina Morales, daughter Amanda Delgado Howard, son Laurence Webb Howard IV and her husband, Laurence Webb Howard III.
