Jacksonville-based Regency Centers, a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has recently promoted Mike Kinsella to senior vice president of operations. Kinsella will be responsible for asset management, property management and leasing for the Southeast region.

Kinsella joined Regency in November 2000 and previously served as vice president and regional officer for Florida. He is based in Regency’s Tampa office.

Kinsella also served as director of real estate of the East region for Hallmark Cards Inc., and he has more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry. He holds a business administration and management degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH.

“It is with great pleasure to announce that Mike has been promoted to Senior Vice President,” said John Delatour, Regency Centers managing director. “In conjunction with John Pharr, Mike will be responsible for our leasing and operations teams in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Alabama. Mike represents the best in teamwork, relationships and integrity, and I have no doubt that he will continue to excel in his expanded role as the head of operations in the Southeast region.”
