The Avondale office of Lifestyles Realtors has merged with Coldwell Banker Walter Williams Realty.
Paula Venier, marketing director for Coldwell Banker Walter Williams Realty, said they have been calling real estate offices throughout the area asking them to do the same thing.
“We approached Lifestyles Realtors and asked them about possibly merging with us,” she said. “Lifestyles Realtors has a great reputation and we have national recognition.
“It’s a win-win for both parties.”
Venier added that they are looking for real estate companies in areas that Coldwell Banker Walter Williams Realty aren’t already located.
“We had an office on 103rd St. and then we moved to Ortega, so we didn’t have anything in the Avondale area,” she said. “This is more economical right now and I think more and more companies will begin to do this.”
Venier declined to say whether or not there are any other real estate companies merging with Coldwell Banker Walter Williams Realty in the near future.
The merge is only with Lifestyles Realtors’ Avondale office. The merge happened in early May and Coldwell Banker Walter Williams Realty acquired 12 Realtors.
