Members of the legal community and their families are helping the Jacksonville Bar Association follow the theatre motto of “the show must go on.”

The second annual JBA/JALA “There Oughta be a Law” variety show is offering opportunities to judges, lawyers and their families to audition to be a part of the performance. The last audition is scheduled from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at St. John’s Cathedral on East Church Street. Singers, actors, instrumentalists, dancers, comedians and visual artists are encouraged to audition. An RSVP is requested prior to the audition by contacting director Patty Dodson at [email protected] or Rose Marie Preddy at 651-1919.
