Mayor John Peyton presented a 25-year service pin to Office of General Counsel Division Chief Neill McArthur (second from left) last week, witnessed by General Counsel Rick Mullaney and Managing Deputy General Counsel Steve Rohan. Mullaney recalled that when was appointed the City’s top lawyer in 1997 there were 40 attorneys on the staff “and I’m standing next to two of them today,” referring to McArthur and Rohan, who said, “Just think of the institutional knowledge in this room.”
