• Deutsche Bank executive Martin Slumbers is the keynote speaker at the Dec. 2 Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce Cornerstone quarterly luncheon at the Hyatt Downtown. It’s a global theme. • The Jacksonville Ethics Commission is accepting applications for an open position. Applicants should submit a resume, a statement about why he or she wants to serve on the commission and his or her qualifications. Information is due by Dec. 10 to [email protected] and interviews will be held starting at 4 p.m. Dec. 15.

• Florida Realtors reported that existing condo sales in Jacksonville through Realtors rose 39 percent over the year, while the median sales price fell 28 percent. There were 152 sales in October and 109 last October, while the median sales price dropped from $92,500 to $66,400.

• Meanwhile, existing single-family home Realtor sales dropped 25 percent in October from the year before, while the median sales price fell 4 percent. Sales fell from 1,116 in October 2009 to 841 last month, while the median price declined from $147,200 to $141,000. Sales did not include data from St. Augustine and St. Johns County.

• The Jacksonville Jaguars announced ticket pricing for the 2011 season. Prices for one-year general bowl season tickets will increase between $1.50 and $4 per game, the first increase in the last three years. Pricing on seats in the West Touchdown Club and Terrace Suite will remain flat, with six sections in the East Touchdown Club being reduced from $2,100 to $1,325 in sections 236 and 237 for a three-year season ticket and from $2,100 to $1,800 in sections 135, 136, 137 and 138 on the three-year season ticket.
