Rayonier Inc. Chair and CEO Lee Thomas has this view of the Downtown Northbank from one side of his new Southbank office in the Riverplace Tower. His office location offers a panoramic view of the St. Johns River and the Northbank, including the Bank of America Tower (next to the Modis Building), where Rayonier moved its headquarters 10 years ago. The 100 headquarters employees moved over the weekend to the 22nd and 23rd floors of Riverplace Tower. While Rayonier moved across the river, it remains within Downtown’s boundaries. “We didn’t even look in the suburbs. We’re committed to Downtown,” said spokeswoman Robin Keegan.
