Workers started early Wednesday assembling along Main Street the “Swingin’ Stage” for the Jacksonville Jazz Festival. It’s one of four venues that will offer live entertainment beginning today at 5 p.m. and continuing through Sunday evening. There’s also an art festival and a wine and beer tasting.
