• River City Gourmet plans a grand opening from 5-7 p.m. today at the Jacksonville Landing. Look for food samples, drinks and door prizes. Store owners are Mitch and Sherry Lyford. River City Gourmet is inside in the east wing of the Landing.

• Southeast Toyota Distributors and parent company JM Family Enterprises are working with Baptist Health to provide medical care to employees. Physicians with Baptist Primary Care have regularly scheduled office hours at each of Southeast Toyota’s three onsite Health & Wellness Centers for associates and their family members. In addition, a full-time JM Family nurse is available during business hours for consultations and routine procedures. The three local onsite centers are at the Jacksonville port, in Baymeadows and in the Westlake Industrial Park. 

• The City of Jacksonville’s Keep Jacksonville Beautiful Commission and Clean It Up, Green It Up scheduled the 2011 Florida Coastal Cleanup for Saturday. Volunteers will clean up the city shorelines. For information, visit www.coj.net, keyword search “Florida Coastal Cleanup.”

• More than 69,000 square feet of Class A space has become available in the St. Augustine area. Now named for the sole tenant, Tree of Life, the building is being reintroduced as Golfway Place. The former tenant, who occupied the space as a headquarters for its specialty foods distribution business, will vacate the building in December as a result of an acquisition. CB Richard Ellis is the exclusive listing adviser for Golfway Place. The ownership, Vorbeck Equities, acquired the property at 405 Golfway West Drive, off Interstate 95, in 2002. Golfway Place comprises three floors with an average floor size of 23,000 square foot. The building was developed in 2001 by The St. Joe Co.
