The Northeast Florida Builders Association welcomed members dressed as T-Birds and Pink Ladies to its Greased Lightning Gala at Metropolitan Park in Downtown Jacksonville. More than 500 people attended the celebration, which featured classic cars on display along with food, beverages and entertainment.
"Our annual gala brings NEFBA members together for a wonderful evening of camaraderie and fun," said NEFBA President Barbara Moore, who is division president for Lennar Jacksonville. "We appreciate the many sponsors who helped make this event such a great success for the association."
Chris Dostie of Dostie Homes won the Grand Prize Giveaway, an all-expenses trip for two to Greece, valued at $5,000.
The Greased Lightning Gala was sponsored by Republic Services, Wells Fargo & Greater Jacksonville Communities, Oliva Cigar Company, TECO Peoples Gas, AT&T, Comcast Business Class, Merchandising Plus, Montello Agency, WJCT, Stephens Signs & Design and Nocatee.
