TCBY opening in St. Vincent's

The city issued a permit for SE Construction Services LLC to build-out 1,283 square feet of space for TCBY in St. Vincent's Medical Center Riverside at 3 Shircliff Way.

It's a $160,000 project and joins a 1,211-square-foot Subway Café in the medical center's Dillon Building.

Clara's Tidbits is putting up the sign for its Tidbits Express in the Baymeadows Commerce Center at 8535 Baymeadows Road, No. 4. Signsharks Sign Service Inc. is the contractor for the project at a cost of $2,000.

Clara's Tidbits has been operating since 1985 at 1076 Hendricks Ave. It was just a quarter of the size it is today. For information, visit tidbitsfood.com.

Demolition to make way for Jimmy Johns

Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches is in line for a new location at 11616 San Jose Blvd. The City approved a permit to demolish the existing structure on the site for development of a Jimmy John's restaurant. Four-A Construction Inc. is the contractor for the $30,000 permit.

Panera renovating in Regency

Panera Bread is renovating its Regency bakery-café at 9301 Atlantic Blvd., a $75,000 "limited scope remodel" that follows a similar permit approved for its Old St. Augustine Road location. R.A. Heath Construction Inc. is the contractor for both. The city OK'd the Regency permit Wednesday.

Hawkers OK'd in Five Points

Hawkers restaurant is heading to Five Points. The city approved a $50,000 renovation for space at 1001 Park St., involving interior remodeling along with a new kitchen and bathroom. Nialvi LLC of Orlando is listed as the contractor for the 4,500-square-foot project. On its Facebook page, Hawkers describes itself as a Malaysian restaurant.
