Carl Smallwood, immediate past president of the National Conference of Bar Presidents, spoke at last week's monthly luncheon of The Jacksonville Bar Association.

Smallwood earned his undergraduate degree and law degree at The Ohio State University. He is a partner in the Columbus, Ohio, office of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease and has served in the American Bar Association House of Delegates.
