The Jacksonville Bar Association Young Lawyers Section’s 4th annual Pin Pals Bowling Tournament to benefit Special Olympics Florida is July 28 at Batt Family Fun Center at 1838 Cassat Ave. in West Jacksonville.

Law firms that sponsor a bowling lane will be paired with Special Olympics athletes to compete for prizes and The Legacy Trophy, a symbol of unity and sportsmanship that is passed on to each year’s winning team.

Sponsorships start at $250 and include entry for up to four bowlers, ball and shoe rental fees, food, two drink tickets per bowler and prizes. Individual tickets are $75 for JBA members, $100 for nonmembers.

Last year the event raised more than $6,300. Proceeds directly support Special Olympics Florida, helping provide year-round sports training and competitive opportunities for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

To register as a bowler or sponsor, contact Kyla George at [email protected] or Lily Katz at [email protected].
