The PARC Group, master developer of Nocatee, won developer of the year and three other awards at the 2016 Laurel Awards ceremony Friday. The annual event, sponsored by the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council, honors marketing excellence in the homebuilding industry. In 2015, Nocatee was the third-fastest selling master planned community in the country, according to real estate advisory firm RCLCO.
