In a project organized by Jacksonville artist Nicole Holderbaum, seven artists will paint murals in a hall of The Jacksonville Landing to be known as “The Landing Walls.”

Holderbaum organized and directed the application process. Based on the concept creativity and the style, Holderbaum and Landing management chose Leo Hearn, Ingrid “Yuzly” Mathurin, Martin Torres, Halsi, Rachelle Terry, Brook Ramsey and Tatiana Kitchen.

They are scheduled to complete their murals by Tuesday. The art will be unveiled Wednesday at the Front Porch at Art Walk.

The Landing Walls is sponsored by Sleiman Enterprises and The Jacksonville Landing.

Holderbaum said The Landing Walls project will continue for several years, annually adding murals from new artists.
